Kelsey Morton completed her undergraduate studies at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She obtained her Certified Emergency Nurse and Trauma Certified Registered Nurse certifications while she worked as an ER RN and Flight Nurse/Paramedic. She then completed the Dual Role Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of South Alabama and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing. She is credentialed by the ANCC as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Kelsey also serves her community in a multitude of ways through her passion for emergency medicine. She is a Licensed Paramedic, Firefighter and serves as EMS Administrator for Inter Community Volunteer Fire Department. She is an active member of the East Texas Critical Incident Stress Management Team, as well as Emergency Medical Task Force 4. Kelsey lives in her home town of Carthage, Texas with her husband and their three children. They enjoy spending time in the outdoors together.
